Cd200 Is Absent In Mantle Cell Lymphoma And Consistently Up Regulated In Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia.   Objective: To Investigate If Cd200 Is Has Greater Potential To Differentiate Between Mcl And Cll Compared To Cd23   Method:   53 Bone Marrow And Peripheral Blood Samples Were Analysed Over The Last Year On Bd Facscanto Ii Flow Cytometer, Two 8 Colour Tubes Were Set Up Using The Lyse/ Wash Method. Applied Panel Tube 1: Fmc7 Fitc/ Cd79B Pe/ Cd20 Percp/ Cd5 Pe-Cy7/ Cd23 Apc/ Cd19 Apc-H7/ Cd200 V450/ Cd45 V500. Applied Panel Tube 2: Kappa Fitc / Lambda Pe / Cd20 Percp/ Cd5 Pe-Cy7/ Cd23 Apc/ Cd19 Apc-H7/ Cd38 V450/ Cd45 V500.   Results: The Average Fluorescence Intensity Was Higher For Cd200 (77%) Compared To Cd23 (55%) With A Correlation Of 0.57.     Conclusion: Due To The Phenotypic Overlap Between Mantle Cell Lymphoma And Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia, Cd200 Can Play A Vital Role In Differentiation By Flow Cytometry With More Accurate Results Compared To Using Cd23.
