GENERAL EXHIBIT INFORMATION 

Booths are 10’ x 10’.  Cost per 10’ x 10’ booth is:
•  Commercial Company:  $1500
•  Associations/Societies/Non-Profits:  $500
•  Unattended Literature Table:  $500

Included with each booth:
•  One 7” x 44” identification sign
•  Acknowledgement as an exhibitor in the Meeting Program and ICCS website
•  One on-site copy of the Meeting Program
•  6 booth personnel badges
•  1 full meeting registration (commercial registrations only)

All exhibitor applications must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Full payment is due within 30 days of reserving your booth. Checks should be made payable to the International Clinical Cytometry Society. Payment may also be made via wire transfer. Please find the wire transfer details below.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE 
Booth space/location assignments will be made on a first-come, first-assigned basis.  Every effort will be made to meet the exhibitor’s preference.  Meeting management reserves the right to make adjustments to the floor plan and/or reassign an exhibitor’s location as deemed advisable and for the overall good of the exhibition.  Any affected exhibitors will be consulted in all such situations.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION 
Included with each commercial exhibitor package are one full conference registration allowing access to all sessions and events for the entire conference, and six badges for booth personnel whom are permitted to access the exhibit area only.  Full conference access may be purchased for additional booth personnel.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES 
The Exhibitor Information Package will be provided to all exhibitors/sponsors and will contain information concerning ordering services such as labor, shipping and material handling, furnishings, utilities, and other services that you may require.

LEAD RETRIEVAL
Lead retrieval is available for rent to all booths.  To order your lead retrieval services complete this form.

CANCELLATIONS 
Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to SPLtrak.  Written cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.   No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the meeting unless booth space is resold, in which case you will receive a 50% refund.

SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

The ICCS offers numerous opportunities for support. Choose from the following list of opportunities, ranging in both cost and scope to meet every budget and marketing plan. 

BANQUET  
Support Required:  $25,000

This year’s banquet will be held on Monday evening. This evening of fun is a great support opportunity. In addition to support, you may also provide tent signs on tables, supply imprinted napkins with company name and logo, and up to six company representatives will be invited to attend. Please call to discuss the options available during support of this event including off-site options.

 

INTERNET CAFÉ
Support Required: $4,000

The internet café will feature wireless access in the exhibits area as well as 4 computer kiosks to enable conference attendees internet access to check email, flights, etc. The exhibitor and link will be prominently featured at the default screen as new users step up to the kiosk. The default link will also feature full conference information to enable attendees to quickly locate exhibitors, posters, and technical papers.
 

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Support Required:  $2,500

A continental breakfast will be provided to all meeting attendees each morning in the Westin Beach Resort.  Support of these meals provides yet another opportunity to promote your company in an informal, relaxed atmosphere.  You may provide tent signs and cups/napkins with logos.  Please call to discuss the options available during support of this event.
 

MORNING/AFTERNOON BREAKS
Support Required:  $2,000

Morning/Afternoon breaks will be in the Exhibit Hall to promote traffic.  These provide a high visibility and much valued exhibit opportunity.  In addition to support, you may also supply napkins and/or cups with your company message and your representatives are welcome to greet attendees at the food and beverage stations.
 

CORPORATE TUTORIALS

Support Required: Sold Out

An excellent opportunity to increase your exposure by showcasing your products and ideas.  The corporate tutorials will be offered in a 30-minute segment and will be on first come, first serve basis, so please reserve early.  You must also submit a short paragraph outlining the topic(s) to be covered in your tutorial to be approved by the ICCS council.

REGISTRATION TOTE BAGS
Support Required:  $5,000 or Donated Bags

The registration bag is distributed to all attendees and is utilized throughout the meeting and beyond.  The sponsor’s logo will be printed on the bag along with ICCS logo. Sponsors may also elect to donate bags at no cost following bag design approval by the ICCS. Sponsor may assist SPLtrak in tote bag selection and design, but SPLtrak will directly order the items.
 

PENS/NOTE PADS/WATER BOTTLES

Support Required:  Pens - $1,500, 
Pads - Sold Out, Water bottles: $3,000

Add to your visibility by providing a pen or writing pad with your company’s logo that is included in each registration tote bag.  Support may also be in the form of donated materials. 
 

LANYARDS
Support Required:  Sold Out  

This is a wonderful opportunity to increase your exposure with your company’s name/logo on the lanyards.  The lanyards will be distributed to all meeting attendees and will most definitely be utilized throughout the meeting and beyond.  Exhibitor may assist SPLtrak in lanyard selection and design, but SPLtrak will directly order the lanyards.
 

CUSTOM EVENT KEYCARDS                                                              Support Required: Sold Out

This is a wonderful opportunity to increase your exposure with your company’s name/logo on the hotel key cards.  
 

REGISTRATION BAG INSERTS

Support Required:  $300/insert

An excellent additional marketing opportunity - a limited number of companies will be allowed to provide company literature in the registration packets.  Commit to this opportunity by August 1 to assure that you are among the first companies accepted.  This is a great way to promote your company even if you are unable to attend the meeting.
