The International Clinical Cytometry Society maintains a number of funds that are restricted to certain activities or awards. We also have an General Fund which is used for general society support and special opportunities.

| MLS Scholarship | The goal of the MLS scholarship is to provide practical guidance and education to technical staff through various ICCS educational opportunities. |
| Christina Aguhar Scholarship | The Christine Aguhar Scholarship Fund was established to foster self-confidence in women new to the field of flow cytometry through continuing education, mentoring, and networking with other professionals in the field of Clinical Flow Cytometry. |
| Janis Giorgi Young Investigator Award | Janis Giorgi was an inspirational scientist who pioneered flow cytometry with her goal to understand and eliminate HIV. This award is granted to a student based on their abstract submission for the annual meeting. |
| ICCS Memorial Fund | Make a gift to honor the memory of an ICCS member, colleague, or loved one. |
