1. increase their knowledge of the role of clinical flow cytometry in the diagnosis of hematolymphoid malignancies
2. become familiar with recent advances in technology, techniques, and approaches in clinical flow cytometry
3. better understand techniques for analysis of clinical flow cytometry data
