The Women of ICCS are a group of volunteers who are committed to helping all women in the field of clinical cytometry achieve their full potential, professionally and personally. We would like to contribute our knowledge for the growth of our community. We would like to provide our support in the area of clinical flow cytometry, and to be advocates for your success. All are welcome to join the Women of ICCS and take part in this process.
Mentorship
We recognize the role great mentorship can play in success. Women often do not have female role models to look up to and emulate, yet studies have shown that women mentoring women can make a significant difference in the success and job satisfaction of both. For more information,

Christine Aguhar Scholarship
Named after a gifted medical technologist who met an untimely death, the Christine Aguhar Scholarship Fund is a non-profit, tax deductible 501c3 fund to foster self confidence in women new to the field of flow Cytometry through continuing education, mentoring and networking with other professionals in the field of Clinical Flow Cytometry. This scholarship is to be awarded to a female clinical flow cytometry technologist who is relatively new to clinical flow cytometry in order to further education in the field. Awardees may be medical technologists, or other bench technologists who are actively involved in the daily performance of flow cytometry technology in a clinical setting. The scholarship allows free registration for the ICCS course and meeting, a luncheon workshop during the meeting and a ticket to the banquet. For more information,
