Canada Border Services Agency Recognition Letter

The ICCS 2022 Annual Meeting has been recognized by the Canadian Border Services Agency. Click here to see the official registration letter and additional information on importing/exporting shipments across Canada border.

Staff Registrations

Each company is entitled to a specific number of full meeting registrations and exhibit hall staff badges based on your sponsorship level. Please note that exhibit hall staff will not be permitted in any of the session rooms. These passes are for booth staff only. Conference registration codes must be applied by September 30. Please email info@cytometry.org if you have not yet received your registraiton code.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company information is due by September 30.

Exhibit Lead Retrieval

Click here to view the lead retrieval options. This service allows exhibitors to track and collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Pricing increases after September 30.

Corporate Lunch and Learn - Sign up Required

Sign up is required to host a Corporate Lunch and Learn at the upcoming ICCS 2022 Annual Meeting. If you are participating in the Corporate Lunch and Learn, a short outline and/or description must be submitted for the ICCS Council approval. Please email info@cytometry.org this information by September 30.

Payment

Exhibit booths will not be allowed to participate until full payment has been received. Please email info@cytometry.org if you have questions on your payment status.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to info@cytometry.org. Written cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the meeting unless booth space is resold, in which case you will receive a 50% refund.
