Attendees will see a custom splash page with your logo when connecting to the complimentary WIFI. Your support will also be acknowledged in the meeting & course program.
MEETING DINNER - $10,000
Support the premier networking event at ICCS! This event will be held on Monday evening. In addition to support, you may also provide tent signs on tables, supply imprinted napkins with your company logo, and receive six complimentary tickets to attend.
OPENING RECEPTION - $7,000
One of the first events for either the course or meeting. A custom sponsorship experience. Please contact us.

WOMEN OF ICCS EVENT - $6,000
Sold Out: The Women of ICCS are a group of volunteers who are committed to helping all women in the field of clinical cytometry achieve their full potential, professionally and personally. Each year the Women of ICCS hosts an event at the annual ICCS meeting to highlight the accomplishments or address a variety of topics of interest to women in the field of clinical cytometry.
NOTEBOOKS - $5,000
There is no better exposure than the conference notebook as this item will be put into the hands of every attendee.

Sponsor the ICCS Course & Meeting app which includes the option of a custom splash page.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - $4,500
A continental breakfast will be provided to all meeting attendees each morning. Supporting one of these meals will provide an opportunity to promote your company in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. In addition, you may also supply napkins and/or cups with your company logo for each sponsored breakfast.
CORPORATE ON-DEMAND WORKSHOP- $2,500
These are pre-recorded presentations, up to 30-minutes in length, and will be available for attendees to watch at a time that is convenient for them. This is a way to virtually showcase your products. There is no limit on how many on-demand workshops that can be purchased. A short outline of the workshop must be presented to the ICCS Council for approval.
CORPORATE WORKSHOPS - $2,500

Increase your exposure by showcasing your products and ideas. Corporate workshops are offered in 30-minute time slots on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to exhibitors. These sessions will be presented live for both in-person and remote attendees to participate. You must submit a short outline of the presentation to the ICCS Council for approval.
COFFEE BREAK - $2,000
Morning/Afternoon breaks will be in the Exhibit Hall to promote traffic. These provide a high visibility and much valued exhibit opportunity. Your support will be listed in the online program. In addition, you may also supply napkins and/or cups with your company logo for each sponsored break.
WATER BOTTLES - $3,000
Your corporate logo will be prominent on a water bottle distributed to all attendees. This is another way for brand awareness.
PENS - $1,500
Your corporate logo will be prominent on the pen handed out to all attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your company.
