- Cancellations must be in writing (sent to info@cytometry.org)
- Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2021 will receive a full refund, minus a 100 USD admin fee.
- No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2021.
- Substitutions may be made at any time without an additional charge.
