CAREER LAB (OPEN TO ALL ICCS MEMBERS)
Symphony 1

Financial compensation remains one of the least discussed yet most important aspects of professional development, and compensation structures, promotion pathways, and recognition processes vary substantially across institutions and countries. Building on the highly interactive format of the ICCS Career Lab, this session explores how cytometrists can better understand compensation systems and communicate the measurable value they bring to their organizations. Through career storytelling, audience polling, compensation data review, and facilitated discussion, participants will gain practical insights to support salary discussions, promotion efforts, and long-term career planning.
