On-Demand Workshop Checklist

Please find details below concerning the Corporate On-Demand Workshops for the ICCS 2021 Annual Meeting. We kindly ask you to visit the ICCS Sponsorship page to review the details. Any questions concerning the workshop should be directed to barbara@cytometry.org.

Important Dates

Please be mindful of the dates and deadlines listed below.

September 17: All sponsorship components must be uploaded via your custom collection link.
September 24: A proof will be available for review and approval. No changes will be permitted after this date.
September 29: Final proof approval is due.
October 8: ICCS 2021 Annual Course and Meeting begins

Payment

On-demand workshops will not be included in the meeting program until full payment has been received.

Workshop Information

• Length: Workshop may not exceed maximum allowed length of 30 minutes.This can be created from up to 3 different video files.
• Program: If multiple video files are uploaded, please indicate the order in which they should be listed in the virtual program.
• Format: Workshop must be in the .mov or .mp4 format. Sponsors are responsible for recording their own workshops.

Uploading

Each company will receive a custom link to upload each of the required components.

Lead Retrieval

Attendees will be able to "scan their badge" at the Coporate On-Demand Workshops to leave their contact details. A real-time report will be shared with sponsors during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@cytometry.org. Written cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the meeting.
