MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the meeting program. There are two poster sessions. Please see the mount and removal times below. Posters that are not taken down by the specified time will be discarded.
POSTER SESSION 1- SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
(6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
Mount: Sunday at 2:30 PM Remove: Sunday by 8:00 PM
POSTER SESSION 2 - MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
(4:00 PM- 5:30 PM)
Mount: Monday at 12:00 PMRemoval : Monday at 6:00 PM
POSTER SIZE
Posters must be no larger than 42 inches wide and 40 inches high. Boards are felt surfaced so posters must be hung with push pins (provided by the meeting).Poster Template: 42 in x 40 in - Download
POSTER PRINTING
ICCS will not be offering a poster printing service for ICCS 2025. There is a FedEx office located in the Loews Philadephia Hotel. They can print posters (42" x 40" in size) for $96 + tax. The store details are below.FedEx Office at the Loews Philadelphia

Please contact FedEx directly to place an order making sure to include your full name, email address and telephone number. The deadline to place an order to be printed in time for ICCS 2025 is September 24, 2025.
Note: The FedEx office is closed on Sunday. Attendees will need to coordinate (with FedEx and the Hotel) poster pick up if the poster is needed on Sunday.
