EXHIBIT BOOTH - 3,500 USD

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

• One identification sign
• Acknowledgement on the ICCS website
• One wastebasket
• One 6' table
• 3 booth staff badges
• 1 full meeting registration
• The exhibit hall is carpeted

EXHIBIT BOOTH ISLAND - 16,000 USD

This 20'x 20' booth includes:

• One identification sign
• Acknowledgement on the ICCS website
• One wastebasket
• One 6' table
• 12 booth staff badges
• 4 full meeting registration
• The exhibit hall is carpeted

Exhibitor Registration

This year exhibitor registrations will be taken manually. What does this mean? Please email info@cytometry.org the exhibit booth and/or any sponsorship items you wish to purchase. We will make note and respond with more information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to info@cytometry.org. Written cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the meeting unless booth space is resold, in which case you will receive a 50% refund.
