Each company is entitled to a specific number of full meeting registrations and exhibit hall staff badges based on your sponsorship level. Please note that exhibit hall staff will not be permitted in any of the session rooms. These passes are for booth staff only. Meeting registration codes must be applied by August 22. Please email info@cytometry.org if you have not yet received your registratiton codes or have questions about registration.
Exhibit booths will not be allowed to participate until full payment has been received. Please email info@cytometry.org if you have questions on your payment status.
Cancellations or reductions in booth space must be made in writing to info@cytometry.org. Written cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the meeting and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the meeting unless booth space is resold, in which case you will receive a 50% refund.
