What does a hybrid meeting mean? All the plenary sessions, the Wallace H Coulter Lecture and the Women of Cytometry events will be streamed live and recorded.
How long will the meeting recordings be available?
The recordings will be available starting the week after ICCS 2025 until the end of October 2025.
I will be attending the annual meeting in-person, will I have access to the recordings also?
Yes, all meeting registrants will have access to the recordings.
I will be attending the meeting in person, but may want to listen to some session remotely. Is that possible?
No. Registrants must keep the same registration type throughout the event. Only remote registrants will have access to the live streamed events.
Will the lunch workshops be available for remote attendees?
Lunch workshops are only be available for in-person meeting registrants.
New for 2025: A majority of the lunch workshops will be recorded and these recordings will be available for any ICCS 2025 meeting registrant to purchase after the event.
