CSI & Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, July 24, 2026
The International Clinical Cytometry Society (ICCS) is requesting submission of Case Study Interpretation (CSI) cases to be considered for presentation at the ICCS Annual Meeting, publication in the ICCS eNewsletter and/or other online educational materials.
Submissions will be reviewed by the various ICCS committees for content, accuracy, clarity and suitability for publication and/or presentation.
All submissions will be collected using the online submission system.
Authors have the option to select how they wish to present their CSI submission; oral presentation, poster presentation and/or eNewsletter/online materials.
List mode files are not required.

Accepted oral CSI presentations and/or poster presentations will need to be presented at the annual meeting in Miami.
CSI GUIDELINES
Please use the provided template, and ensure the submitted powerpoint presentation contains:
CASE HISTORY: Please provide a brief case history including demographic data, specimen type, relevant clinical history, and indication for the study
FLOW CYTOMETRY ANALYSIS PLOTS with the antibodies and fluorochromes labels (this can be selected key tubes)
SUMMARY OF THE CASE: to include clinical presentation, laboratory data, the pertinent flow cytometric findings, and their significance, relevant morphological findings and molecular genetic data to highlight interesting features of the case. Provide treatment information and follow-up data if available. Also include the following information:
RATIONALE: Explain why you would like to share the case with other members e.g. good example of a disease entity, a diagnostic challenge, potential pitfall.
INTERPRETATION & DIAGNOSIS: Please provide your interpretation of the flow cytometric data and the final diagnosis
