The ICCS Hotel Reservation link is expected to be available in spring 2026. As soon as the link is available, we will get that posted to this page.

This rate will be available until August 28, 2026, or until the group block is full. After this date, reservations will be based on availability and rates will increase. We encourage you to make your reservations before the deadline to secure the best rate.

Registration Discount

Follow these instructions to receive your registration discount:

• Reservations must be made via the ICCS 2026 booking link. 
• Enter your Hilton Miami Downtown Hotel confirmation number at the time of registration to receive your discount. 
• Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations outside of the ICCS 2026 hotel block.
• If multiple people are staying in one room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
• No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
• Please contact the hotel for their guest room cancellation policy.
• If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
