POSTER GUIDELINES

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

The poster presentation schedule is listed in the meeting program. There are two poster sessions. Please see the mount and removal times below. Posters that are not taken down by the specified time will be discarded.

POSTER SESSION 1- SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4
(6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

Mount: Sunday at 2:30 PM
Remove: Sunday by 8:00 PM

POSTER SESSION 2 - MONDAY, OCTOBER 5
(4:00 PM- 5:30 PM)

Mount: Monday at 12:00 PM
Removal : Monday at 6:00 PM

POSTER SIZE

Posters must be no larger than 42 inches wide and 40 inches high. Boards are felt surfaced so posters must be hung with push pins (provided by the meeting).
