The Outreach Committee is primarily focused on raising the profile of the International Clinical Cytometry Society and associated educational activities.

The Outreach Committee works closely with the Education, Advocacy and Quality & Standards Committee’s with a key aim to alert ICCS members and, through their association with other societies, highlight the educational content present on both the ICCS and CCEN websites. Disseminating information on upcoming meetings and leveraging diverse social media platforms to report on meeting highlights in real time is a key goal.

Additionally, members work closely with Wiley and the editorial board of Clinical Cytometry to coordinate dissemination of information on key upcoming articles to be published in the journal, including review articles, guidelines and those available to both members and nonmembers.

Members of the Outreach committee are expected to understand and leverage the social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat to reach the widest possible audience with an interest in flow Cytometry.
